Starkville Alcoholics Anonymous (Starkville AA) provides free, confidential 12-step peer support to individuals recovering from alcohol use disorder in the Starkville community. The fellowship offers daily group meetings—including open discussions, Big Book studies, and women's groups—along with monthly speaker suppers and telephone helpline assistance.
