Oktibbeha Starkville Emergency Response Volunteer Services (OSERVS) is a dedicated non-profit organization providing direct disaster relief, emergency assistance, and safety training to the local community. They coordinate local disaster response efforts—such as storm relief and emergency housing assistance—while hosting regional blood drives in partnership with local first responders. Additionally, OSERVS offers certified Heartsaver CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) training classes, community cleanup initiatives, and charitable drives to support local youth and families in crisis.
