The Starkville Oktibbeha Excel By 5 program is an early childhood community coalition dedicated to supporting the health and education of children from birth through age five. Operating through the Discovery Center, the initiative offers specific family services including:
Resource Distribution: Supplies developmental materials, milestone tracking tools, and early literacy packets to local families.
Family Engagement Events: Hosts free community educational workshops, child health screenings, and annual family literacy events like Books on the Bus.
